did you all have a wonderful weekend? Mine included singing bhajans, playing pois at a medieval fair, a glorious full moon, lying in the sun with my baby, my partner and a friend, fantastic food, a lush massage from my gorgeous man, watching Pride and Prejudice (finished part five last night - I must be the last living woman on the planet who hasn't watched it yet) and doing work that I love! How blessed am I!!!
I could actually stop writing now, I am so happy, I could just leave it here :-) But I wanted to share a little of my work with you all. So what I have been doing at the weekend is working on the photos of my paintings. Since I can't transport all my paintings to Berlin for the exhibition I am working on putting together a folder with A4 prints of all my paintings. And for this I am bringing all the pictures of my paintings onto the same scale. It turned out that I needed to re-scan or re-photograph some of my paintings because the pictures I had were useless. And then I got to sit at the computer and play around with photoshop. I found it very dull and annoying when I had to use photoshop for Uni, but I am finding it wonderful now that I use it on beautiful paintings! I am absolutely thrilled about learning how to use it, because I always wanted to be able to do all these wonderful things to photos and pictures. I'm very proud to be expanding in this way and to be learning a new skill.
Having said that, I have so far only mastered a minimum of what I want to learn on photoshop. But I am looking at it as a long-term project :-) And I am so grateful to the Lady for sending me my lovely lovely partner. Because beside being the love of my life he also is extremely clever on photoshop, and very patient, even with such a demanding pupil like myself.
I'm so rich and blessed.
I have also put a few keyrings on to my etsy shop. They show mini prints of my Goddess paintings, and they are only 2,50€, so go and get lovely little give aways for all your goddess friends ;-)
And last but not least, I have uploaded two more images into my Goddess Galleries. Click on the German Wheel of the Goddess, and then on the thumbnails-the drawings were very difficult to photograph, so you need to look at the bigger versions to really see them. I have brighter version of Skadi and Ostara up and new images of Loreley and Sirona.
So, I managed to type all this before my lovely little one wakes up, this is fantastic. Maybe I'll even manage to add another keyring to etsy...
So, have a wonderful wonderful week, y'all xxx
